How to buy - Quick Steps

Review our “How to Buy” brochure and available puppies on social media and our website.

Complete the Buyer Intake Form to confirm serious interest. You will recieve Deposit Term , Buyer/Seller Agreement .
We will present suitable puppies (photos, parent info, age, vaccination status, price).
To reserve a puppy, complete the Reservation/Deposit Form and pay the deposit.
You’ll receive an invoice/receipt after payment confirmation.
Final balance must be paid before handover (see Balance Payment Terms). Puppies are released only after full payment and identity verification.

Puppy Information Sheet (photos, parent details, feeding routine)
Puppy Care Guide with settling-in tips
Signed Pickup Acknowledgement and receipt We also follow up within 48 hours to ensure your puppy is settling in.

Payment & Policies (Summary)

Typical deposit: 50% to reserve a puppy.
Deposits are non-refundable once transport begins.
All sales are final after handover; no refunds after collection/delivery.
If a puppy is seriously ill within 24 hours and verified by a licensed vet, you may choose a replacement (if available) or a partial refund (transport, vet, and service fees excluded).
Late pickup fees: GHS 250/day; extended non-collection may lead to forfeiture and resale as per our terms.

Buyer Support & Advice

We guide you on breed selection, feeding plans, vaccination schedules, basic training, and responsible ownership. After purchase we remain available for advice and support.
