Q. What is Gold Paw Kennels?
Gold Paw Kennels (trading name of Zorvanta Global Trading Ltd) is a premium dog sourcing and canine services company based in Accra, Ghana, serving clients across West Africa.
Q.Which breeds do you supply?
We specialize in Caucasian , German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Cane Corso, Belgian Malinois, American Bully and other family and security breeds.
Q.How do I start the buying process?
Download our “How to Buy” brochure, review available puppies on our social media and website, and complete the Buyer Intake Form (Google Form) to confirm serious interest.
Q.How do I reserve a puppy?
To reserve, pay the deposit (typically 50%). You’ll receive a Deposit Agreement, Buyer/Seller Agreement, and an invoice/receipt once payment is confirmed.
Q.What documents come with each puppy?
Every puppy is delivered with a vaccination card, Puppy Information Sheet (health and parent details), Puppy Care Guide, and signed pickup acknowledgement.
Q.What are your payment terms?
The remaining balance must be paid before handover and no later than seven (7) days after formal pick-up notice. Deposits are non-refundable once transport has begun.
Q.What happens if I don’t pay or pick up on time?
Late payment/pickup may lead to forfeiture of deposit, the puppy being resold, no refunds, and late-fee charges (GHS 250/day) for up to seven days, plus an additional seven-day grace period.
Q.Do you offer refunds or replacements?
All sales are final after handover — no refunds after collection/delivery. If a puppy is seriously ill within 24 hours of handover and verified by a licensed vet, you may choose a replacement (if available) or a partial refund (excluding transport, vet, and service fees). No refunds for change of mind or improper care.
Q.What health checks do you perform?
We conduct a basic health check on arrival in Accra, ensure vaccinations are up to date, and provide feeding and care instructions. Any serious health claims must be reported within 24 hours with a vet report.
Q.Can I visit the kennel to view puppies?
Yes. Visits can be scheduled during visiting hours (please confirm via our contact channels). We also share photos and videos via social media and Puppy Information Sheets.
Q.Do you import dogs and how long does delivery take?
We source dogs from trusted breeders, including international supplies. Delivery timelines vary by supplier and transit; you will receive tracking and regular updates once a dog is in transit.
Q.What support do you offer after purchase?
We follow up within 48 hours of handover, provide a Puppy Care Guide, and offer advisory support on feeding, vaccination schedules, basic training, and general care.
Q.What documents do you keep on file?
We record buyer intake forms, payment receipts, buyer/seller agreements, and identification for risk management and accountability.
Q.What is included in the handover package?
Vaccination card, Puppy Care Guide, pickup acknowledgement form (signed), receipt, and the Buy-Sell Agreement. We also take a handover photo/video.
Q.How do you manage risk and ensure puppy welfare?
We use checklists, inspect incoming dogs, require proper documentation from suppliers, avoid misrepresenting temperament, record handover evidence, and escalate uncertain cases to supervisors.
